This piece carries permaculture's principle small and slow solutions, paired with a verse from the Tao Te Ching, chapter 64, in James Legge's 1891 translation (public domain):

The seedling above the soil line and the root system below it say what the principle means in practice: most of the work is invisible, underground, and patient. The part people see came last.
