1. Scope

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is intended exclusively for consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional in nature. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or self-employed professional activity.

2. Contracting Party, Contract Conclusion, Correction Options

The purchase contract is concluded with Daniel Traoré (Emogine).

By listing products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these products. You may initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction options provided and explained during the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you click the order button to accept the offer for the products contained in your shopping cart. You will immediately receive an order confirmation by email.

3. Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text

The language(s) available for concluding the contract: English, German.

We store the contract text and will send you the order data and our Terms and Conditions in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the internet after conclusion of the contract.

4. Delivery Conditions

4.1 Delivery Area

We currently deliver to the United States of America. We plan to expand to additional countries in the future. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept orders from other countries at this time.

4.2 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are added to the stated product prices for standard delivery. The exact shipping costs will be displayed during the ordering process before you submit your order. Orders above USD 74.99 qualify for free standard shipping.

4.3 Delivery Options

We ship products to the delivery address provided during the ordering process. We deliver by postal/parcel service only. Self-collection of goods is not possible. We do not deliver to parcel lockers or collection points.

4.4 Color Variations

Our products are individually manufactured print-on-demand items. Minor color deviations between the product images displayed in the online shop and the actually delivered products may therefore occur due to the printing process. Such production-related deviations do not constitute a defect in the legal sense, provided they are technically unavoidable and not significant.

5. Payment

The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:

Credit Card You provide your credit card details during the ordering process. Your card will be charged immediately upon completion of the order.

Apple Pay / Google Pay Payment is processed via the respective payment service (Apple Pay or Google Pay). The transaction is carried out immediately upon completion of the order.

PayPal, PayPal Express To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you must be registered with PayPal, log in with your credentials, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is processed by PayPal immediately upon completion of the order. Further information is available during the ordering process.

PayPal may offer additional payment options to registered PayPal customers selected according to its own criteria. We have no influence over the offering of these options; further individually offered payment options relate to your legal relationship with PayPal. For more information, please refer to your PayPal account.

Note on Sales Tax / VAT As a small business operator pursuant to § 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), we do not charge or display VAT.
