Every order is fulfilled on demand — made specifically for you. If your item arrives with a production or print defect, Emogine will replace it at no cost.
What qualifies: visible print errors, manufacturing defects, wrong item received.
What doesn't qualify: incorrect size chosen at checkout, colour variation between screen and print (inherent to DTG printing), or general change of mind.
To make a claim: email hello@wearemogine.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the defect. Emogine will take it from there.

Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Daniel Traoré (Emogine), Körnerstraße 57, 12169 Berlin, Germany, info@wearemogine.com) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. Please send your withdrawal notice by email to: info@wearemogine.com. We will provide you with the correct return address. The return shipment must be dispatched no later than the 14th day after your withdrawal declaration.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. In the case of defective or incorrectly delivered products, we will cover the full cost of return shipping.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:
The supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
