We currently deliver to the United States of America. We plan to expand to additional countries in the future.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept orders from other countries at this time.

Delivery Times

Our products are individually manufactured as print-on-demand items. The total delivery time consists of production time and shipping time:

All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Emogine is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control.

Shipping Carriers

Depending on the place of manufacture, your order will be delivered by one of the following carriers:

UPS
FedEx
USPS

The choice of shipping carrier is at the discretion of our fulfillment partners.

Order Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

Customs and Import Duties

All orders are fulfilled domestically within the United States. No customs fees or import duties apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receipt by email at hello@wearemogine.com with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• A photo of the damaged or incorrect item

Emogine will promptly find a solution. In the case of defective or incorrectly delivered products, Emogine will cover the full cost of return shipping.
