2. Hosting

Our online shop is hosted by Shopify Inc., 151 O'Connor Street, Ground floor, Ottawa, Ontario, K2P 2L8, Canada.

Shopify stores and processes data on servers in Canada and the USA. Shopify is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Further information: https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy

3. Customer Account and Guest Order

You can place orders in our shop as a guest or create a customer account. We process the data you provide exclusively for the purpose of processing your order.

4. Order Processing and Fulfillment (Print-on-Demand)

To fulfill your orders, we pass your personal data (name, delivery address, order details) to our active fulfillment partner:

Data transfer to the USA is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision, where applicable.

A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) has been concluded with Printify in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR, ensuring that personal data is processed exclusively in accordance with applicable instructions and data protection law.

Note: We have technical integrations in place with additional fulfillment partners (Printful Inc. and Teemill Technologies Ltd.) for future market expansion. These partners are not currently active and do not process customer data at this time. This Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly once these partners become active.

5. Payment Processing

Credit Card / Apple Pay / Google Pay Payment is processed via Shopify Payments. Card data is processed directly by the payment service provider and is not stored by us.

6. Email Marketing (Klaviyo)

We use Klaviyo Inc., 125 Summer Street, Boston, MA 02110, USA for sending newsletters and email campaigns.

We only send newsletters to recipients who have explicitly subscribed (double opt-in). You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in each email.

Klaviyo Tracking Klaviyo uses tracking technologies (web beacons, tracking pixels) to analyze open rates and click behavior. This helps us improve our communications. This tracking only takes place with your explicit consent.

7. Meta Pixel and Meta Ads Manager

We use the Meta Pixel and Meta Ads Manager from Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland, to measure the effectiveness of our Facebook and Instagram advertisements and to create remarketing audiences.

The Meta Pixel collects data about your visit to our website. This data may be transferred to Meta Platforms Inc., USA. Meta is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

The Meta Pixel is only activated with your explicit consent via our Consent Management Platform.

8. Pinterest Tag

We use the Pinterest Tag provided by Pinterest Europe Ltd., Waterloo Exchange, 3rd Floor, Waterloo Road, Dublin 4, Ireland (for users in the EEA/UK) and Pinterest Inc., 651 Brannan St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (for users outside the EEA/UK).

The Pinterest Tag is a JavaScript code snippet embedded on our website that collects data about user interactions, including but not limited to page views, product views, add-to-cart events, and checkout events. This data is transmitted to Pinterest and may be used for conversion measurement, audience building, and interest-based advertising.

Data collected may include: IP address (anonymized), browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, timestamps, and — where applicable — hashed order data. Pinterest may combine this data with information from your Pinterest account if you are a registered user.

Data transfer to the USA: Pinterest Inc. is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The transfer is based on the adequacy decision of the European Commission (Art. 45 GDPR).

The Pinterest Tag is only activated after you have given your explicit consent via our Consent Management Platform. Without your consent, no data is transmitted to Pinterest through the tag.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by adjusting your cookie preferences via the cookie settings on our website or by contacting us at info@wearemogine.com.

Our website uses cookies. We use CookieYes Ltd., 3 Warren Yard, Warren Park, Wolverton Mill, Milton Keynes, MK12 5NW, UK as our Consent Management Platform.

When you visit our website, a cookie banner appears in which you can manage your cookie preferences. Your consent choices are stored in a cookie for one year and are not transmitted to CookieYes servers.

Technically necessary cookies are used without consent (shopping cart, session, checkout). Marketing and tracking cookies are only set with your explicit consent.

We operate profiles on the following social media platforms:

Facebook and Instagram (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland) We and Meta are jointly responsible for data processing on our social media pages (Art. 26 GDPR).

Pinterest (Pinterest Europe Ltd., Waterloo Exchange, 3rd Floor, Waterloo Road, Dublin 4, Ireland / Pinterest Inc., 651 Brannan St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) We and Pinterest are jointly responsible for data processing on our Pinterest profile.

When you visit our social media profiles, the respective platforms collect data about your behavior. Please refer to the privacy policies of the respective platforms for more information.

Data transfer to the USA: Meta and Pinterest are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

12. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than those necessary to provide our services.

The categories of personal information we collect are limited to what is described throughout this Privacy Policy (e.g. contact details, order information, payment information processed by our payment providers).
